We wish we had never heard of Eva Sandler, that remarkable, selfless woman whose husband, two little boys and friend’s child were gunned down in Toulouse, France, last week. But we have now heard of Eva Sandler — and heard from her. Her letter to world Jewry, published on page 1 of this paper, is not an expression of self-pity, but a charge to us all to pray and reach out to each other. Let’s listen to Eva.
