Eva Kay Jolton of Glendale, Wis., passed away May 16, 2010, in Santa Fe, NM, surrounded by her family.
Rabbi Jay TelRav officiated at the May 25 graveside service at Mt. Nebo Cemetery. Feldman Mortuary made the arrangements.
Mrs. Jolton was born Sept. 17, 1934, in Santa Fe to the late Arthur and Selma Kay of Taos.
She graduated from the fine arts program at the University of New Mexico-Albuquerque in 1956.
Vice president of merchandising for the T.A. Chapman Co. in Milwaukee, she worked as a costume designer for Nicolet High Schools theater department in Glendale, Wis.
She also served as an administrative assistant for the Milwaukee chapter of the American Jewish Committee.
A longtime member of Congregation Sinai, Mrs. Jolton was active in the synagogues Sisterhood, Torah study and bible study groups.
Mrs. Jolton is survived by Stanley Jolton, her husband of 53 years; sons Joseph Jerome (Carolyn Berman) Jolton of Golden Valley, Minn., Michael David Jolton of Lakewood, Colo., and Jeffrey Arthur (Marcia Wood) Jolton of Lincoln, Neb.; grandchildren Jacob and Rey of Minnesota, Jared, Adam and Ryan of Lakewood and Emma and Joshua of Nebraska; and brother Conrad (Rosalind) Kay of Arlington, Texas.
