Eunice Kauvar

Eunice Kauvar of Boulder passed away May 3, 2018. She was 83. Rabbi Fred Greene of Har HaShem officiated at the graveside service at Green Mountain Cemetery. Greenwood Myers Funeral Home made the arrangements.

“Eunice was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and sister,” her loved ones said. “Her family will miss her, but she will forever be in their hearts.”

Mrs. Kauvar was born Jan. 14, 1935, in Cleveland, Ohio to Egon and Hanna Polacek.

After completing her education at Ohio State University, Mrs. Kauvar worked in retail sales but was primarily a housewife and mother.

Mrs. Kauvar is survived by her husband Herbert; children Mila Waler, Wendy Weaver and Joel Pearlman; siblings Ella (Joel) Friedman and Bayle (Gibby) Singerman; grandchildren Chagin Wallk, Gitty Bornstein, Chanie Waxler, Deena Steinberg, Leiby Wallk, Rioki Landau, Suri Baum, Layala Klein, Sammy Weiner, Annie Specketer, Shaurine, Danny Weiner, Abby Perlman, Evan Perlman and Sara Perlman; and 39 great-grandchildren.
