Eugene V. Alpert, former owner of Morris Alpert Mens Store, passed away Aug. 12, 2009, in Denver. Rabbi Steven Foster officiated at the Aug. 14 graveside service at Emanuel Cemetery. Feldman Mortuary made the arrangements.
He will be greatly missed, the family said.
Mr. Alpert was born Nov. 16, 1924, in Denver. He also lived in Trinidad and Ft. Collins.
He married Francie Alpert on Sept. 5, 1949.
Mr. Alpert is survived by his wife Francie Alpert of Denver; children Ron (Ann) Alpert of Escondido, Calif., Sherri (John Clouse) Alpert of Denver and Michele Alpert of Denver; grandchildren Sam, Sydney and Max; and brother Sanford Alpert.
