Errol Appel

Errol Appel, 75, passed away Jan. 18, 2019, at his home in Las Vegas, Nev. Rabbi Steven Foster officiated at the Jan. 21 graveside service at Emanuel Cemetery. Feldman Mortuary made the arrangements.

Mr. Appel was born Aug. 24, 1943, in Denver to Mr. and Mrs. Marvin Appel. His grandparents were Joe and Sarah Appel and Bella Rifkin.

He was in George Washington High School’s first graduating class.

Mr. Appel, a long-time resident of Minneapolis, Minn., married Julie Theuninck in November, 1996.

He owned and operated Accurate Home Loans for many years.

The business expanded to Las Vegas, where the couple moved full time in 2012.

An avid golfer, Mr. Appel enjoyed grilling, watching Bronco football games and traveling with his wife.

Mr. Appel is survived by his wife Julie; sister-in-law  Jenna (Paul) Puetz; father-in-law Joseph Theuninck; and niece Bella Puetz and nephew Noah Puetz, all of Minneapolis.
