
Emma lived her life to the fullest, the family said. She was known for being an incredible listener, giving great advice and for always sending a card on our birthday or anniversary.
She was an inspiration to us all and will be deeply missed.
Mrs. Morris was born May 24, 1913, in Brooklyn, NY. She was a high school graduate and had some college education.
On Dec. 25, 1938, she married Fred Morris. Mr. Morris predeceased his wife.
An administrative assistant to a primary school principal, Mrs. Morris retired in 1978.
She lived in Brooklyn, Queens, Chautauqua, NY, West Palm Beach, Fla., and Denver.
Mrs. Morris is survived by her children Chuck (Becky) Morris of Denver and Dr. Stephen (Judy) Morris of New York; grandchildren Dr. Brian (Rebecca) Morris of Los Angeles, Kevin (Wendy) Morris of New York, and Brittany Morris, Kolby Morris, Sophie Morris, Isabel Morris and Zachary Morris, all of Denver; and four great-grandchildren.
