Elin Robbins-Geman

Longtime Boulder educator Elin Robbins-Geman died on May 6, 2022, at the age of 71. A service was held May 9 at Har HaShem Synagogue in Boulder, with interment at Green Mountain Cemetery, officiated by Rabbi Bruce Dollin. Arrangements were made by Feldman Mortuary.

Mrs. Robbins-Geman was a teacher at Foothills Elementary in Boulder for 25 years.

Her husband Marc Geman commented, “To this day it is impossible to walk around Boulder without hearing someone say, ‘Miss Robbins.’”

Born on July 10, 1950, in Beachwood, Ohio, Mrs. Robbins-Geman attended Kent State and received her master’s degree in education from CU.

Mrs. Robbins-Geman’s family said, “Elin was beautiful and talented in all aspects of her life, but she was fiercely herself and unwavering in how she wanted to live.”

Survivors are husband Marc; daughter Kathryn (Brian) and stepchildren Nicolas (Katelin), Bryon (Joanna) and Jeff; and four grandchildren.
