Dr. Stuart Singer

Dr. Stuart SingerDr. Stuart Singer, a local dentist for 40 years, passed away April 24, 2009, in Denver.  He was 68.

Rabbi Selwyn Franklin and Cantor Joel Lichterman officiated at April 24 graveside service at Mt. Nebo Cemetery. Feldman Mortuary made the arrangements.

Dr. Singer was born Dec. 13, 1940, in Denver. He graduated from East High, CU and the Northwestern Dental School in Chicago.

Following dental school, Dr. Singer did his internship at Denver General Hospital.

He then entered private practice in general dentistry.

Dr. Singer married Sylvia Singer on Feb. 4, 1973.

He belonged to Alpha Omega Dental Fraternity, the Colorado Dental Association and the American Dental Association.

Dr. Singer is survived by his wife Sylvia Singer of Denver; his mother Dorothy Singer of Denver; sons Jordan (Rebecca) Singer of Denver and Steven (Jen) Singer of Silver Spring, Md.; granddaughter Ma’ayan Singer of Maryland; brother Arnold (Narlene) Singer of Denver; and father-in-law Murray Fersztendig of Denver.
