Dr. Philip Goldhammer, raised in Denver and a graduate of the CU Health Sciences Center, passed away Dec. 11, 2008, in Gig Harbor, Wash. after a long battle with cancer. He was 65.
Services were held Dec. 14 at the Gan Shalom Cemetery in Seattle.
Philip was an exceptionally loving husband, a kind and giving father, a humorous friend and a compassionate physician, the family said.
Dr. Goldhammer is survived by his wife Barbara; children Eric and Amy Beth; and siblings JoAnn (Dr. Howard) Kerstein and Nelson Goldhammer.
