Donald Feiner, a social worker, passed away Dec. 9, 2015, surrounded by family at his home in Napa, Calif.
Mr. Feiner was born Feb. 28, 1927, to Ruth and Sam Feiner and grew up on Denvers West Side.
He attended North High School.
Mr. Feiner married Judy Badion in 1954.
During his long career as a social worker, Mr. Feiner directed the childrens program at Napa State Hospital. Very active in the Napa community, he retired from Solano County as director of mental health in 1989.
Mr. Feiner is survived by his wife Judy; daughters Rebecca Feiner and Shana Feiner and son Joseph Feiner; grandchildren Jacob, Daniel and Rachel Engelskirger and Scott and Amy Williams; and brothers Jerry (Nona) Feiner and Harold (Ricki) Feiner.
