Denver’s hot housing market: Tips from the pros

Yes, the metro Denver real estate market has cooled down a bit since last year and the year before, but it’s still hot. Forbes lists Denver as “the most competitive housing market” in the US, followed by Los Angeles and Portland. Denver climbed to the top ahead of all the tech hubs, according to Forbes.
