Three attorneys, who immigrated to Israel from Denver, launched Kadima Law Group, providing US commercial real estate transactions and fractional general counsel services.

Founded by Hirsch Neustein, Josh Fine and Brent Eisen, the firm brings decades of combined experience to serve businesses throughout Colorado and beyond.
“All three of us previously had roles as in-house counsel, and we were discussing how challenging it is for small businesses to find effective legal representation because the cost for counsel often exceeds the value they can provide, especially for smaller transactions,” said Fine.
“We thought we could provide a unique offering: a highly experienced legal team with predictable and affordable fees — and with our remote base in Israel we can eliminate costly overhead and focus on delivering efficient and attentive legal services.”
Kadima Law Group offers legal solutions in commercial real estate matters, including acquisitions, dispositions, development, entitlements, leasing and financing.
The firm also offers fractional general counsel services, providing US businesses with flexible access to experienced legal counsel without the overhead of a full-time in-house lawyer.
“We founded Kadima Law Group with a vision to provide clients with sophisticated legal counsel typically associated with larger firms, while maintaining the personalized attention and efficiency of a boutique practice,” says Neustein.
“We’ve structured our firm to function as an extension of our clients’ business teams, aligning everything we do — from legal strategy to billing practices — to help our clients achieve their business objectives.”
Neustein most recently was a business and real estate attorney in the real estate department at Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck.
Previously, he was in-house counsel at a New Jersey based real estate development company.
Neustein is a member of the National Young Leadership Cabinet of the Jewish Federations of North America and a board member of Jco.
Since moving to Tel Aviv, Neustein volunteers for United Hatzalah as an EMT.
Eisen served as lead attorney for the zoning and development departments of the City and County of Denver.
Before that, he held general counsel roles at a homebuilding and real estate development company, as well as several technology companies focused on financial technology and artificial intelligence.
In Denver, Eisen was on the board of ADL, DAT Minyan, Yeshiva Toras Chaim and others.
Fine was most recently president and general counsel of Focus Property Group, where he oversaw urban developments, including a high-rise hotel and senior housing community, as well as retail stores, self-storage and coworking facilities.
In Denver, Fine was on the Jewish life committee of Rose Community Foundation, as well as on the boards of DAT, Denver Colfax Marathon and Downtown Denver Business Improvement District.
The firm’s attorneys are licensed to practice in Colorado, with some maintaining additional licenses in New York and New Jersey.
