Delores (Debby) Helene Furman, a lifetime Denverite, passed away July 2, 2012, in Denver. Rabbi Adam Morris officiated at the July 5 service at Feldman Chapel. Interment followed at Emanuel Cemetery. Feldman Mortuary made the arrangements.
Mrs. Furman was born Jan. 1, 1932, in Denver. She attended school through the 12th grade.
She was the wife of the late Irvin Furman.
A homemaker, Mrs. Furman volunteered at the Denver Museum of Nature and science and the Denver Zoo.
Mrs. Furman is survived by her daughter Sharon Rosenberg of Boynton Beach, Fla.; sister Estelle Wolfe of Denver; grandchildren Megan Williams, Cory Teitelbaum, Erin Yablonsky; great-grandchildren Logan Williams and Mia Williams; and sisters-in-law Phyllis Boris and Dorie Furman.
