Colorado and Israeli water experts exchange

a hypothetical list of things that Colorado and Israel have in common, water might appear near the top. As in, neither place ever seems to get enough of it. Israel’s desert and Mediterranean zones average out to an arid climate, while Colorado’s mountains and plains fall into the semi-arid range. Jerusalem, the Holy City, usually gets less than four inches of rain per year while Denver, the Mile High City, might get 15 inches in a very good year.
