Let’s face it: As much as we love the uniqueness of Passover, we’ve all been feeling that hole that only chametz can fill. So on Saturday evening, when eight days of matzah, matzah meal, and, hey, more matzah, came to an end, what was your go-to chametz food? Was it that freshly baked bagel? A deep fried yeast donut?
