We know. One is supposed to love all Jewish holidays. And we do. But sometimes we also love it when the holidays draw to a close. We’re thinking of this past Tuesday in particular. After eight days of eating matzah, matzah balls, matzah brei, and wait, more matzah, our mouths start to water at thought of sinking our teeth into that first piece of chametz.
For some it’s a freshly baked bagel. For others a pizza straight out of a wood burning stove.

Butter croissant. Mmm!
TBH I didn’t have chametz till Wednesday morning and that was just a bowl of Cheerios as I was rushing my kids to school. Tuesday night was spent elbow deep in switching our kitchen back over!
