Carole Feuerman

Carole Ann Feuerman passed away Dec. 13, 2019, in Denver. She was 79. Rabbi Steven Foster officiated at the Dec. 16 service at Temple Emanuel. Interment followed at Emanuel Cemetery. Feldman Mortuary made the arrangements.

“Carole was an incredibly bright and generous spirit who loved the arts, jokes, fashion, Chihuahuas, and most of all, her family,” they said.

Mrs. Feuerman was born April 15, 1940, in St. Paul, Minn. As a child, she excelled in dance and gymnastics and “inspired friends and family with her talent and charm.”

She married her first husband Martin Fox and had three children. As a young mother, she served as the chairperson of ORT, worked in retail clothing sales and dabbled in fashion modeling.

In the spring, 1971, she moved with her family to Denver, where she married her second husband Don Rollfing. She completed beauty school, worked as a manicurist, obtained a real estate license and became a real estate agent.

Carole married Jerry Feuerman in 1979.

Mrs. Feuerman was a volunteer teacher at adult GED-preparatory classes, where she was adored by her students.

She then owned and operated McCauley’s Hair and Retail Center, the largest beauty salon in Denver, for over a decade.

Carole Feuerman is survived by her husband Jerry Feurerman; children Michael (Gigi Pagani) Fox, Debi Rose Fox and David (Andrea) Fox; grandchildren Richard (Michelle Bandy) Tessmer, Rebecca Fox, Lia (Max Zhvanetsky) Fox, Kassandra (Heath) Tessmer and Sarah Rose; two great-grandchildren; one brother and two sisters.
