Thousands mourn Bugdanowitz

Sheila Bugdanowitz, president and CEO of the Rose Community Foundation since 1998, died unexpectedly on Sunday, Dec. 4, at age 72. There was no warning, no time to prepare. Friends spoke to friends in hushed tones. The RCF staff huddled in the rear seats. Family members sat in stunned silence.
