Beverly Olken Gordon, a native Denverite and former art gallery owner, passed away Sept. 27, 2011, in Oceanside, Calif.
Rabbi Michoel Shapiro officiated at the Oct. 3 graveside service at Eternal Hills Cemetery. Am Israel Funeral Home made the arrangements.
Her epitaph reads, She gave everything and asked for nothing in return.
Mrs. Gordon was born Aug. 17, 1928, in Denver. She graduated from North High School.
She married Paul Gene Gordon on June 12, 1951. They moved to California about 30 years ago.
Mr. Gordon passed away on Aug. 2, 2008.
From 1970-1979, Mrs. Gordon owned the art gallery Serendipity LTD in Cherry Creek.
Mrs. Gordon is survived by her son Bradley (Petra) Gordon of Sebastopol, Calif., and daughter Shana Gordon of Vista, Calif.
