Beth Weisberg

Beth Frankel Weisberg, whose great-grandparents immigrated to Denver in 1861, passed away peacefully on Dec. 28, 2020, in Denver. Rabbis Joe Black and Steven Foster officiated at the Dec. 31 graveside service at Emanuel Cemetery. Feldman Mortuary made the arrangements.

“Beth was a beautiful woman and had a vivacious personality,” the family said. “She was a good friend to many. Her adorable smile and quick wit will be missed.”

Mrs. Weisberg, born Aug. 6, 1921, to Henry. G. Frankel and Leona Greenclay Frankel, was raised in Denver and Los Angeles.

A student at East High School in Denver and Fairfax High in Los Angeles, she attended the University of California-Los Angeles.

She married Gene Weisberg on Aug. 3, 1943, and they were together for 71 years. Mr. Weisberg passed away in 2015.

Beth Frankel Weisberg is survived by her sister Peggy Crane-Epand; children Jim (Laura) Weisberg, Jody (Donald Yale) Epstein-Yale, Tom (Christiana) Weisberg and Buz (Barbara) Weisberg; grandchildren Kelsi (Zach) Andersson, Mathew Weisberg, Jamie (Ryan) Morrissey, Michael (Sarah) Weisberg, Tawni Weisberg, Amy Schneider, Zach (Renee) Epstein, Jason (Lindsey) Epstein, Kyla (Cameron) Baird, David (Nicole) Mars, William (Bridgette Lozano) Weisberg, Josh Weisberg, Gena (Greg) DiMuro, Jade (Josh) Sloane; and great grandchildren Noah Andersson, Aaron Andersson, Emma Weisberg, Gaby Shidler, Ari Schneider, Jake Schneider, Oliver Epstein, Nicole Weisberg, Arabella Baird, Nicole Mars, Christopher Mars, Madeline Mars, Siena DiMuro and Brooklyn DiMuro.

She was predeceased by her son-in-law David Epstein.
