Ben Zuckerman, a cattleman for many years, passed away April 20, 2015, in Denver. Rabbi Bernard Gerson officiated at the April 21 graveside service at Golden Hill Cemetery. Feldman Mortuary made the arrangements.
Mr. Zuckerman was born April 21, 1919, in Denver.
(The murder of Ben’s father Joseph Zuckerman, fatally shot in 1919 by a suspect who was acquitted despite overwhelming evidence, was profiled in the Sept. 11, 2015, L’Chaim).
Mr. Zuckerman attended North High School from 1934-35.
He served with the US Armys 413th infantry division in France and Germany during WW II.
A self-employed cattleman, Mr. Zuckerman never married.
Mr. Zuckerman is survived by his nephew Marvin (Marlene) Feldman; great nephews Bill (Lisa Yunin) Feldman and Shawn (Courtney) Feldman and great niece Juli (Scott) Richardson; and nine great-great nephews and great-great nieces.
