Barbara Supperstein
Barbara Supperstein, an active member of Temple Shalom in Colorado Springs, Colo., passed away May 8, 2020. Rabbi Jay Sherwood officiated at the private graveside service May 13. Feldman Mortuary made the arrangements.
“Her concern for others will be missed,” the family said.
Mrs. Supperstein was born Aug. 26, 1937, in Colorado Springs to Chester and Miriam Supperstein.
She graduated Colorado Springs High School in 1954, married, and raised three boys.
Mrs. Supperstein was involved with Temple Shalom, Hadassah and the Country Club of Colorado.
In her later years in Florida, she was active in sports and knitted headwear for Israeli soldiers.
Barbara Supperstein is survived by her children Jeffrey, Glen and Lloyd Supperstein; brother David Supperstein and sister Louise Eskanos.
