Barbara Barr

Barbara Friedman BarrBarbara Marilyn Friedman Barr, a native Denverite and lifelong resident, passed away Nov. 16, 2014, in Denver. Rabbi Stephen Booth-Nadav officiated at the Nov. 18 graveside service at Rose Hill Cemetery. Feldman Mortuary made the arrangements.

““Mom loved and cherished me,”” said daughter Wendy Barr. ““She loved to help others and was interested in people, art, events and places.

““Loyal and dedicated to her family, she was fun and funny. She will be missed.””

Mrs. Barr was born Nov. 15, 1939, in Denver, and attended East High School and Metropolitan State College.

She was an entrepreneur and a substance abuse counselor.

Mrs. Barr is survived by her daughter Wendy J. Barr; and sister Sherry Tenenbaum and brother Sheldon Friedman.
