Arnold Zaler
Arnold Zaler died on Feb. 13, 2023, at the age of 73. A service was held on February 15 at Rose Hill Cemetery, officiated by Rabbi Meir Simon. Feldman Mortuary made the arrangements.
Mr. Zaler, a Denver native, was born on Sept. 9, 1949. He attended North High School and graduated from CU, where he was a leader of the CU Students for a Democratic Society. In the late 1960s, Mr. Zaler became executive director of the Colorado Zionist Federation. In the late 1970s Mr. Zaler ran for a seat on Denver’s City Council.
Survivors are children Jason (Helen Wen) Zaler and daughter Emily Zaler; brothers Marc Zaler and Howard Zaler; and granddaughter Sydney Zaler.
