Arnold Greenberg

Denver native Arnold “Arnie” Greenberg died on October 22, 2022, at the age of 89. A service was held at Emanuel Cemetery on October 26, officiated by Rabbi Steven Foster. Feldman Mortuary handled the arrangements.

A graduate of East High School, Mr. Greenberg was a securities trader and innovative entrepreneur, and was involved in the startup and funding of numerous businesses.

On June 1, 1980, Arnold and Susan Greenberg were married in Boulder; they remained a couple until Mr. Greenberg’s passing.

“His wise counsel and selfless generosity of spirit were known to many,” Mr. Greenberg’s family said. “He embodied an infectious joie de vivre and love of family and friends, inspiring them to do good works and help others.”

Mr. Greenberg was also a part-time resident of Santa Barbara, Calif.

“He was well known and loved in both communities,” his family added.

Survivors are Mr. Greenberg’s wife Susan; children Bernie (Julie) Greenberg, Cherie (Phil) Lingelbach, Sandy (Jade) Greenberg, Ken (Anna Maria) Greenberg; stepson Michael (Valisha) Nash; grandchildren Alex (Tiana) Smith, Dylan (Priya) Lingelbach, Austin (Jenn) Lingelbach, Andrew Greenberg, Stephanie Greenberg, Annette Greenberg and Robert Greenberg; and step-grandchildren Jake, Ryan, Liam Nash, Freya Nash, Luna Nash and Joyce Nash.
