Anti-Semitism: Colorado elected officials speak out

 the face of a rising tide of anti-Semitic bomb threats and vandalism in recent weeks — including two incidents in Boulder — Colorado political leaders called for vigilance and tolerance, and offered reassurance to the Colorado Jewish community that their fears and concerns are being taken seriously. Late last week, the Intermountain Jewish News contacted four leading elected officials — Governor John Hickenlooper, US Senator Cory Gardner, US Senator Michael Bennet and Denver Mayor Michael Hancock – asking them to express their views concerning the recent avalanche of anti-Semitic activity.
