The Intermountain Jewish News, an award-winning, 107-year-old weekly newspaper, is seeking a dependable person who likes multi-tasking. This role requires excellent customer service and organization skills.

Main job duties include:

  • Answering phones
  • Maintaining subscription lists and billing
  • Office administration


  • 2-5 years in office administration
  • MicrosoftOffice fluency, specifically Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Ability to learn new computer programs
  • Excellent multi-tasker
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-starter
  • Friendly and professional demeanor
